Marty Lyons Foundation & Coastal Mentors - Celebrity Weekend For Kids

The Marty Lyons Foundation was established to fulfill the wishes of children, who have been diagnosed as having a terminal or life threatening illness.  Such wishes can include a trip, meeting a celebrity, attending a special event, a shopping spree or a specific gift.

Coastal Mentors, Inc. is dedicated to helping the children of Glynn County. Approved by the Glynn County Board of Education, Coastal Mentors provides a mentoring program for all students from kindergarten through high school.

Georgia Sea Island Festival

St. Simons African American Heritage Coalition, Inc. is an organization with a mission to advance, preserve, educate and revitalize the African American heritage and culture of the Sea Islands. 

The Georgia Sea Island Festival is a Celebration of the rich Geechee/ Gullah heritage; uniting cultures and promoting past with the present and future through the varied cultures arising from the heritage of Africa.  It is an exposure to the world of the Africans’ gifts.
